Vitamin B7 is a water soluble vitamin. Otherwise referred to as Biotin, Vitamin B7 is extremely important to promote cell growth and also helps in the production of fatty acids. Biotin also plays an important party in making sure that your body has a healthy blood sugar level. Biotin is very regulated by your body and it is rare that a person would need to take biotin supplements. There are however specific conditions that a person could suffer from in which a biotin supplement would be extremely beneficial.
Hair Problems
Biotin has been known to combat hair loss and hair problems in both adults and children. Some hair loss problems are so severe that it affects a person’s eyebrows and eyelashes. In this instance it would benefit you to take B7. There are many shampoos out on the market today that advertise the ingredient Biotin. Though it is in fact true that these shampoos do have Biotin in them, there is little that it can do when it is in a shampoo.
